How to backup contacts on an android phone step by step:
open play store and type google contact
install it and open it
after opening the contact app tap on the upper left side 3 lines
the side menu will appear.
now in the side menu tap on settings.
in the setting, menu tap on import just below manage contacts
import means you have to backup contact from the target location.
in the small window, you have to choose your target sim cards you wanna backup contacts for.
you can also choose to back up contacts from the .vcf file you create for your contacts.
now your targeted contacts from sim cards are selected already. now you have to choose your desired Gmail account to use for the backup.
and then tap on import.
Now all done check the backup process by sliding the notification drawer.
